Returns & Exchanges

At TIEM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our process is designed to get you back to your workout as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your unworn items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
